- Peninsula, Portugal, Andorra and the Balearic Islands: Free from 50€. For orders below this amount; 4.95€. Delivery time 3 to 7 working days under normal conditions.
- International: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Holland and Italy. Free from 60€. For orders under this amount; 19.95€. Delivery 5 to 10 working days under normal conditions, other countries: contact email@example.com

Can I remove an item from my order?
Yes. In your shopping cart you can remove the products you do not want before placing your order.
What is your return policy?
Within a maximum period of 10 days after receipt of the order, you can return the items that you do not want by taking charge of the transport. Your amount will be returned to you once we check the condition of the item, that it retains its original label and packaging and that we have received it correctly in the stipulated period and the return form correctly completed.
Can I know the status of my order?
Yes. To do this, enter "my order" in your user profile, and you will find a tab of the shipping company that entering your order number will indicate where it is located.
